This workshop introduces adults to the playful and expressive world of clown. No performance experience is necessary—just curiosity and a willingness to explore, play, and laugh at yourself.
Participants will discover the essence of clown: authenticity, vulnerability, and the joy of the unexpected. Through games, physical exercises, and guided improvisations, students learn how the clown connects with an audience through honesty, simplicity, and emotional openness.
In this workshop you’ll explore:
• Play and spontaneity – rediscovering your natural sense of fun
• The “clown state” – being present, curious, and responsive
• Physical expression – using body, gesture, and movement to communicate
